Love that my town has a drive in. It is so much fun. Just went today and it even snowed while there. So fun.
How AWESOME this little treat out in the middle of a field in the mountains definitly was. I had not been to a drive in in forever.
They were showing Wonder Woman. Not such a great movie to me. I know a lot of people liked it. I'd have to say I was not impressed with it.
The drive on the other hand I was very impressed with...The scenery at dusk was gorgeous. You are surrounded by mountains ALL around you..The bathroom is small one toilet. The snack bar was really cool. I'd definitely recommend that if you're up for the weekend in Cottonwood springs or Bueno Vista to check them out. Takes you back in time...
Perfect place to kick back, relax, and catch a film after a long day of playing in the mountains. It began snowing at our campsite on Cottonwood Pass so we came into town to get warm and happened to come across this place. You can't beat the views and the employees were the best. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend! Comanche hosted a private event for a birthday for us and were amazing to work with. Everyone was highly accommodating and they definitely went the extra mile to make the night perfect.
This is a rare business anymore. How fun to go to a drive-in movie. Our next generation will not know what we're talking about.
The setting is absolutely beautiful. The sound quality is great. They start letting people in at around 8:15pm, but the line forms around 7:45ish. The movie started around 9:00ish. We had a great time and would definitely return.
WOW! This place was great! It's been a few years since I was at a drive in movie. Brought back a lot of fun memories from my younger days! Bring your kids or bring your parents! A Great time is guaranteed! Staff was nice and the views of the stars were amazing! We watched The Shining, which wouldn't have been my first choice, but it was fun to watch it on the big screen. Concession stand was well stocked and prices on most items very reasonable. So happy to see them making it work. If you find yourself spending the night in the Buena Vista area on the weekends, Comanche Drive In is a must!!
